What Spec'd is

Spec'd Homegoods (specdhome.com) is an independent product-recommendation site: home-upgrade picks and a builder's honest verdict on each. Content is editorial opinion, provided as-is with no warranty of any kind. Product availability, specifications, and pricing are controlled by the retailers we link to, not by us.

Affiliate disclosure

Spec'd is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and other affiliate programs. Links to products may be affiliate links, and as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. This never changes the price you pay.

The Spec'd HQ application

"Spec'd HQ" is a private, internal operations dashboard used only by the operator of this site. When connected to a social platform (for example TikTok or Pinterest) it uses that platform's official API to read only the operator's own account and the operator's own posts, solely to measure how the operator's own content performs. It does not access, collect, store, or share the data of any other user of those platforms.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy, or republish the site's content wholesale, and do not use it to mislead. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the current version.
